The Ohio Valley Museum of Discovery has been busy planning for a summer filled with uncertainty. We’ve been working on creating programming that meets our mission, to inspire confidence in people of all ages to explore and discover the world, and to provide those experiences in the most equitable way possible. In order to meet that goal, we’re asking our museum friends to help us on this #GivingTuesday.
If you donate to OVMoD this Tuesday, May 5 (Facebook Fundraiser link), your gift will go directly to support community STEAM (STEM+Arts) programming – whether that programming is virtual or in person – and to creating opportunities for educators and students to connect in a time when social isolation is a factor for so many. We are thrilled to announce that the first $1000 raised will be matched by a generous donor, so you know your donation will make double the impact!
