Ms. Stinaff has been a board member since 2014 and brings over 10 years of experience in program management, application design, data management, event planning, and marketing to the board. Ms. Stinaff has a B.S. in Family Resource Management with an emphasis in Family Financial Counseling from Iowa State University.
