Discovery Lab Maker Sessions
This summer we are holding Maker Evenings on Wednesdays from 4-6PM. Pick a project and explore! Want to learn to code? Try out some robots? Build a hydraulic car or a ping pong ball launcher? Try your hand at creative cardboard construction? These projects and more are available!
We have the Maker Cart, Snap Circuits, Scratch, Microbits, Arduinos and more available! We also have a team of mentors ready to help you along with the projects.
Focused on teens and tweens, younger museum visitors (2nd-4th grade) can also participate with an adult (for safety reasons).
This is an open format, so you can show up any time between 4PM and 6PM to work on a project.
Available for any paid museum visitor or museum member.
